Consequência/CNSQ is an award-winning animation and computer graphics studio with a vast and varied portfolio of unique original and creative commercial 2D and 3D work accumulated throughout 25 years. The "Segredos" and "Túnel do Tempo" animated music videos are standouts. Both were made for Brazilian pop star Frejat, and garnered over 80 million views to date on YouTube. The studio also created 40 spots starring Globolinha, the sports mascot designed for Latin-American broadcast giant Rede Globo de Televisão, the award-winning comedy shorts Hein?! and Roubada! (later acquired by France’s Canal + and its subsidiaries in Spain and Benelux) as well as work for clients such as Petrobras, Vale, Shell, Bradesco, BNDES, Conspiração Filmes, Michelin, Furnas, Eletrobras and Barrashopping. Consequência/CNSQ's films and animated music videos won awards at festivals in Brazil and abroad, such as Anima Mundi, Havana Film Festival, VMB/MTV and Multishow. The studio also received a Latin Grammy nomination in the Best Animated Music Video category for Frejat’s “Segredos” and, more recently, won the Best Visual Effects award at the San Diego Festival, in California, for visual effects produced for the film Dás um Banho, Zeperri. The latest clients include Plastpro, Corteva, Tantimber, Creative Mines, Objective Surgical and Telemetry Sports. Over the last few years Consequência/CNSQ has also been developing feature films, animated series and games for mobile devices and PCs. In 2022, the studio created the visual identity and branding for Terra dos Dinos theme park located in Rio de Janeiro.
Journalist, screenwriter and director, he writes about pop culture, was a pioneer of music videos, produced rock albums and worked as an international correspondent in Los Angeles for two decades, covering the entertainment industry. He wrote, produced and directed the romantic comedy '1972', a feature film distributed by Disney's Buena Vista International.
